Free Parenting & Youth Support Programs Available in Franklin County
The Citizen Advocates Prevention Team is excited to share that a variety of free, evidence‑based programs continue to be available for families, youth, and community partners across Franklin County. Our trained and credentialed facilitators offer services virtually or in person, in both group and individual formats, and can travel anywhere in the county—including schools, homes, and workplaces.
Triple P – Positive Parenting Program
Citizen Advocates proudly offers the internationally recognized Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) at no cost to families. Backed by hundreds of studies worldwide, Triple P helps parents build strong, healthy relationships with their children—regardless of age, culture, or family situation.
Program benefits include:

Prevention Plus Wellness for Teens
We now also provide Prevention Plus Wellness Programming, designed for teens who have begun experimenting with substances. This brief, supportive intervention helps motivate youth toward healthier choices and can be delivered anywhere in the community, free of charge.
